The Woolshed is a concealed fireside entertaining room created within the shell of the existing 1840s cottage and the 1950s woolshed. The original stone cottage provides a luxurious and discrete atmosphere to meet for a drink or share an intimate private dinner with friends or clients.

New roof framing and lining, lighting, joinery, flooring and services have transformed a corner of the existing shed into an ideal location to entertain. From the woolshed’s original entry door, you will head via the shearing shed (now treated as a historical exhibit) to the refurbished space of the cottage.

The entertainment room comprises of comfortable couches and lounge chairs, fully audio visual equipment (data projector and screen) for business/board meetings, fridge/freezer, kitchenette suite, wine fridges, bar table and stools (seats 8 comfortably) and sound system.

The floor space is 66 square metres (5.5m wide x 12m long) allowing adequate space to entertain from small intimate groups up to 45 people inside. Barn doors open up to a beautiful deck with a fire place and sheep yards with weather permitting allowing functions to fit up to 75 people and a greater amount with marquee space or utilising the shearing shed quaintness.

On the opposing side of the shearing shed are two beautiful lodge rooms which encapsulate the true essence of this rustic cosy woolshed. A queen room with en-suite and an adjacent twin room ideal for additional family or friends.
